Zeraca wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items because they’re not quite right for you. For those times, here’s what you can do. For a Return for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit, please send the item(s) back to us postmarked within 30 days of delivery date.

Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept returns for defective, damaged or wrong items that are postmarked and sent back within 30 days of receiving them with these conditions:

1. FINAL SALE ITEMS: custom items, make-up, gift cards, electronic gift certificates, items marked as "Final Sale", and store credits are all final sale items. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

2. NEW CONDITION: All items are to be in new condition with tags, hygienic liners, packaging, boxes, in original condition. Items should also be unsoiled, have no evidence of fragrance, and have not been washed.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

  • Damaged, defective or wrong items sent to you.
  • Unworn items in New Condition with tags attached and original packaging
  • We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on the swimwear until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.
  • please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.

ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURN.

  • Items outside of the 30 days return period
  • Items missing tags and/or not in New Condition.
  • Gift cards, electronic gift certificates, store credits.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item sent

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.

  • We will take care of all quality-related issues with a refund or exchange.
  • Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the client.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To process a return or make an exchange, please follow the procedure listed below:

  • Contact us to notify us of a Return/Exchange and request an RMA number (return merchandise authorization), include the following details:
  • What type of return you would like to make (Refund, Exchange, Store Credit)
  • Detail styles being returned/exchanged; if exchange, size/style desired
  • Reason for return
  • Fill out the "Returns form" that you will be provided in our response to your RMA number request
  • Enclose the Returns form, along with the original packing slip, and the item(s) you wish to return in the package you received the order in
  • Affix the address label sent to you in the RMA email to the outside of the package
  • Ship your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, in order to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Please note the following condition

Shipping charges for returns to zeraca are the responsibility of client.

Return for Refund packages must be post-marked no later than 30 days from delivery date. zeraca will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

WHERE DO I SHIP THE ITEMS OF RETURN TO?

  • Affix the address label sent to you in the RMA email to the outside of the package
  • Please do not return directly to the address on the package, contact our customer service to get a detailed guidance.

WHAT DO WE HANDLE AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN?

We will notify you via email once your return has been received, and is found to be eligible for return.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

Returns sent within 30 days of delivery date are eligible for refund. Returns for Refund are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned item(s) and refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. Orders returned for refund shipped under the Free Standard Shipping promotion - when all items in an order are returned for refund - are subject to a $5.00 one-time restocking fee.

No additional shipping charges will be incurred for shipment of Exchange items from zeraca to client. A one-time exchange policy per swimsuit applies.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

Returns for Exchange are normally processed within 2 business days of item(s) receipt at our Returns Processing Centre. Size exchange requests within the same style will be shipped free of charge for orders. If the exchange is for a different item or style, please note a small shipping fee of $5-10 will be applicable.

Exchange items are dispatched via Standard shipping. Please note on Returns Form if Express shipping is desired, additional fees will apply. International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

If a requested exchange is unavailable, one of our representatives will contact you to provide you with options.

STORE CREDIT

If your initial purchase is subject to a Store Credit, the full amount (minus shipping fees) will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then credit card payment will be requested during order processing for the outstanding balance. Store Credit purchases are subject to shipping fees, and are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions.

Note:

If customer service offer a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable , only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.

As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.
